“Sheesh,” Jason scoffed, blowing his white fringe out of his eyes. “That’s where demon brat gets his genes from. I bet you were a prince when you were younger.”
“Quite the contrary,” Alfred entered the room.
“What do you mean?” Cass asked taking her cup and sitting back up.
“I mean that Master Bruce was, and I confidently say this, one of the biggest pains in my arse I have ever had to look after.”
Jason and Steph who were already sipping their hot chocolates choked on it while the others made faces of confusion and surprise.
“Huh?” Dick blinked several times. “What do you mean?”
“Master Dick, your father dresses up as a giant bat and punches people every night as an adult, what do you think he did as a child?”
Alfred tells the batkids about how Bruce was like when he was a kid and the many, many, many shenanigans he did.
