Dick is covering for Batman at a League meeting when they are called out to deal with an emergency unexpectedly. Barry contracts a contagious virus, and the League has to stay quarantined until the vaccine is finished. The only problem is, the League doesn't know that Batman doesn't work alone, or that the Batman they're working with right now isn't the Batman they know at all.

What better way to get acquainted with them than by accepting a "training exercise" challenge, in which they have to defend the Watchtower against them for a whole week? How hard could it be, anyway?

“No it...It just...”
“What’s going on?” Hen asked when she got down to them.
“Eddie’s had a headache for days,” Buck started. “Ibuprofen hasn’t helped. Excessive yawning on top of that, and now...what? Dizzy spell? Did your leg feel weak?” he asked Eddie.
“No, that’s just it,” Eddie replied. “I don’t feel weak. It felt like...like my leg didn’t get the message.”

Now it's just Buck and Christopher against the world, or rather the Diaz parents, until a ghost comes back from the dead and knocks on their door.
