    Izuku is twenty-four, exhausted from juggling his teaching duties at UA and his hero work. Katsuki is in the Top 5, busy and driven as always. After twenty years of being friends on and off, they are finally at a place where they can be equals.

    Then the Hero Commission raids a villain organization and discovers two children created using their DNA.

    Suddenly, they’re sharing a safe house, raising a six-year-old girl who’s already obsessed with heroes and a frightened two-year-old boy. Somewhere between the bedtime stories, bubble baths, healing from the past and the unexpected quiet moments, they may find themselves with something none of them ever expected.

    As he’s lost in thought, Bakugo casually just closes his hand around his, breaking Izuku out of that stupor real quick. Ok...maybe he’d dropped something, that Bakugo was shoving back at him. But no—his hand was empty, and it was clear nothing was in between their hot skin, and this wasn’t a shove. This was… steady. Firm. Warm.

    Bakugo laced their fingers together like it was nothing, like it wasn’t completely insane, and started walking.
