It felt like he was falling back into his body - and that his body was fighting it.
Tabito bolted forward, barely stifling the pathetic yelp that left him as he came to. He was sweating bullets, the collar of his shirt damp with the living nightmare he’d just woken from.
“You actually nap for once in your life and you end up having a nightmare.” Otoya droned from the other side of the room. “How lame.”
Four times he’d startled awake, four times he’d heard the same line from Otoya. If he had known he’d be reliving the same night over and over again, he would’ve tried harder to get a room to himself. Sure, Otoya was his best friend, but Tabito’s patience for him was thin on a good day.
And this was a very, very not good day. It was probably the worst day of his life, lived over and over again on repeat.
Karasu and Hiori find themselves at the center of a slasher horror movie plot. Final chapter to be posted in August!

Red filled his vision as Alastor dipped into his line of sight. The demon’s ears flicked and stood straight, his neck bent at an angle that was uncomfortable to even look at, all in the name of what Vincent had to assume was sick curiosity.
“Though, I suppose that was your goal, wasn’t it?”
Vox indulges in an old pass time. Alastor helps.
