Grace’s stomach flipped. He blushed harder. “Uhm - yea don’t - don’t do that. It would, uh, definitely be super weird,” he stammed out. He followed up his incredibly awkward statement with a strangled laugh that was way too high pitched.

Summary
Grace wakes up, alone and confused on a spaceship millions of miles from Earth, with no memory of who he is and how got there. So he does the only thing his distraught, amnesiac human hindbrain can come up with - he get drunk off vodka, and rifles through everyone’s personal belongings.
He makes a mortifying discovery, but doesn't know how useful it will end up being. After he saves two worlds. And reconciles his feelings for his new crewmate.
Or - Grace finds a dildo. Rocky watches him use it.

Speaking of Dani. He’s to Jamie’s right, glass half-full of some sugary concoction that was an alarming shade of blue held aloft over his head. His shirt- still blue, but far less garish- hangs loosely over his shoulders, not a single button fastened.
As far as Jamie knows, Dani doesn’t have any romantic partner in his life either. Unlike Jamie, on the other hand, he’s fairly certain Dani doesn’t hate-watch Richard Curtis movies on the weekends like his life depended on it.
In another life, one where Jamie was a bit braver and a bit less stubborn, he would be the Hugh Grant to Dani’s Julia Roberts.

Dani lands on his back, Jamie’s mudsoaked legs tangled with his. Jamie props himself up with his hands on either side of Dani’s head. Both their breaths come in short and fast, the oxygen in their lungs sharpened by the chase. A bit of Jamie’s hair flops over his forehead and tickles Dani’s nose. His gaze darts between Dani’s eyes, his nose, mouth, face.
Dani reaches up to wipe a hank of his own drenched hair from his eyes so he can see Jamie more clearly. It’s then he realises that Jamie’s eyes aren’t actually green.
