Summary
When Ryland Grace left Earth, you were nine years old.
You grew up watching his recordings, reading his research, and eventually built your life around the question his mission made possible: what would life look like on a world that had never known earth?
Years later, you’re a PhD candidate specializing in extremophile biology when your research catches the attention of high-ranking individuals.
Their offer is simple: Go to Erid, study its biology and document it, and learn everything you can about the Eridians.
And work alongside Ryland Grace… if you’re lucky.

Vought offers you a choice:
join the machine, or get crushed beneath it.
Then Soldier Boy starts ruining your life professionally and personally.
But on the bright side, the ratings have never looked better. -

Summary
Cameron has had a lot of regrets in life. A lot of them revolve around how often he let himself get pushed around‒by his mother, kids at school, his friends‒whoever. His choice to join the marines was adrenaline rushed and unplanned. When the decision was made, it seemed like the only way out of a life that was destined to hit a dead end.
Now, as he stands in a room full of nervous and sweaty men, he realizes this was yet another regret to add to his ever growing list. To make matters worse, his assigned bunk-mate is some kind of psychotic criminal that he’s already managed to piss off. He later learned that his name is Nicholas Slovacek, a polish man with a sour attitude.

Summary
It had been four years.
Enough time to grow back the wavy brown hair the Marines shaved off.
Enough time to leave his mother’s house once he turned eighteen.
Cameron Cope thought he’d left the Marines behind —and all the politics that came with it— when he traded New Orleans for bartending at a gay bar in New Jersey. But when his former bully turned confidant, Slovacek, shows up unannounced, one impulsive night together sends everything spiraling... Just as Ray, his lifelong best friend, arrives on his doorstep in crisis.
A drunken kiss leads to a furious walk out into the cold New York City night— and that’s when Cam sees him. Sergeant Sullivan. Alive. Real. The man who once made him believe he was worth saving.
Now caught between three men, each representing a different part of his life —passion, guilt, and redemption— Cam is pulled into a web of military secrets, new dangers, and the kind of love that destroys just as much as it heals.
---
Or: Cam's mom never signed the waiver to allow him to remain in the Marines, so he runs away from it all with the hope of never looking back.
