Summary
Goob had laid himself on his bed.
Shrimpo glared at him through the mirror, looking like he was trying to vaporise him with his eyes alone. Whipping himself around, Shrimpo began to prepare to kick Goob out of his room for doing something so stupid WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION. But, as he was mid-sentence, his anger began to waver.
"DON'T PUsh it..... Goooob....." Shrimpo's thoughts of anger were quickly sub-sided by something else, something a little different.
"Hmm? You said my name?"
Goob was too busy getting comfortable on Shrimpo's bed to hear the whole thing, but he was sure he heard his name!
"..Shrimpo? What is it?"
Still stood there in silence, Shrimpo had let go of his anger, and all effort to show it, in favour of eyeing Goob up and down. He didn't want to admit it, especially to himself, but god did he look really hot right now.

Summary
Roger's gaze dropped to his own reflection in the coffee table—a magnifying lens for a face, an eye where once there had been a person. He tried not to think about it too much, but the truth was clear: their connection was slipping.
Teagan had stopped saying it. “I love you,” those words that once seemed so natural between them, now felt hollow. She couldn’t even say them without her eyes darting away.
Roger didn’t care if they were lies. It was their lie, and it had been enough. He remembered the early days—the warmth of her touch, the laughter they shared, how they promised each other forever. He remembered the proposal, the joy in her eyes as she said yes. It was supposed to be a forever love.
But forever was fading.
