But eventually, he’ll run out of ideas or find a shiny new person to mutilate and he’ll stop tossing Alex protein shakes and start tossing him contrast medium. That’s how Freyer always was, dropping projects and lab partners the moment something better showed up.

The material is all wrong and it feels scratchy brushing against his skin. Superman’s suit isn’t scratchy. It’s smooth and comforting to touch; whatever he’s touching isn’t. I (40M) recently went into town to do some grocery shopping. My brother (44M) asked me to bring back some pie. I forgot the pie when I went in the supermarket and didn’t remember he’d asked for some until I was in a nearby vegan bakery I’d been wanting to check out for a while. I didn’t want to drive back to the grocery store just to get him pie and figured I’d just get him a snack at the bakery while I was there. They didn’t have pie, but there were some gluten free kale zucchini carrot banana muffins for sale that looked really tasty, so I just grabbed one of those.
