Subtly wasn't one of Buck's strength. - And that wasn't only Eddie's opinion, he knew everyone at the 118 would agree. Buck once adopted a dog to try to get his point across.

Summary
He'd spent so long worrying about Theo being too much for Eddie to handle, the familiar type of worry that Buck livid with in himself daily… He hadn't prepared for how he'll feel when it's not a problem at all. Buck slides his phone out of his pocket, his hands shaking as he takes a photo of the sight. He never wanted to lose this moment.
Buck quickly tried to shove the tears that were beginning to fall down his cheeks away, as Eddie blinked awake.
The feeling almost does Buck under.
OR; Buck has his first shift back at work since taking Theo in his care. Eddie steps up to the 'challenge' to help the man he loves. And just like loving Buck, he finds it's not much of a challenge at all.

“Go get'em, Cowboy.” Eddie teased. Buck smirks shaking his head as he began to climb the first steps.

Summary
He’s regretting his choice of only one drink at the moment, the inside of his mouth going dry with nerves. Eddie tries to say something to him, probably an encouragement to join.
He doesn’t realize what’s about to happen, until Eddie pulls him closer.
Suddenly Eddie’s face is practically in the nook of Buck’s neck. His breath hot on Buck’s already burning skin, he grasps for anything to steady himself - the feeling of Eddie’s denim jacket between his fingers. The only thing truly keeping him up is his own will power - that feels almost like ash or soot under his feet.
“Just copy what I’m doing,” His voice is lower then it had been, directly into his ear.
“You have too much faith in me,” Buck finds himself laughing.

OR; Buck isn't his usual excited self when the 118 suggests going line dancing after shift, only convinced by Eddie's sudden excitement at the idea. He finds himself enjoying the night far more then he expected.

"Yup. You wouldn't even believe. Buck was mad at him for half a shift before he figured he actually loved the guy. Do you know he actually told me that the first time he saw Eddie that day his brain was replaying that 'whattaman' song in his head?
"And to think he needed another five years to figure it out he's bisexual. Crazy."
Ilya spits out his beer and Maddie hands him a paper towel not even flinching. He almost yells:
