Several weeks prior to the onset of the Fourth Shinobi War, a sealed document was recovered detailing a previously unrecorded variant of the Sharingan, identified as the "Koi no Me" also mentioned as "The Eye of Longing." Descriptions indicate it may surpass all known Sharingan evolutions in potential capability.
Activation conditions, as documented, require a singular experience of deep, intense sexual pleasure, emotional and physical surrender and reciprocated desire from the one most sexually desired by the subject.

Summary
Kakashi shouldn’t be surprised. Naruto was blankfaced at the explanation of what chakra was — the entire foundation of all life, and critical to comprehension of, well, everything related to being a shinobi — so him not knowing there was an entire spectre of gender related to one's development was arguably more reasonable to not know. But just because he shouldn’t be surprised, didn’t mean he wasn’t.
A slow-burn A/B/O Naruto rewrite. Starts in the middle of the Land of the Waves arc (c. chapter 18).

"At the Academy, Sasuke was just as much a heartthrob to the tittering girls as he was to the overeager boys, always approaching the attention with an irritating amount of nonchalance. Naruto resented the cultish celebrity status Sasuke had from his peers, the crushes and attention and yearning looks he got from everyone else.
"On their last day of school, when Naruto faceplanted his lips against Sasuke’s, he felt disgust at the situation. Disgust which was rooted in a burgeoning humiliation that this was the first expression of closeness between them, nonconsensual and played as a gag to the chortling of his classmates, spat out and rubbed off. He hated Sasuke. Hated that he made him feel inadequate, hated that he never tried to be his friend and hated himself for never trying either.

Summary
