Summary
Three years after a spell erased him from the world, Peter Parker tutors rich kids for cash, patches himself up with webbing, and trains alone in an abandoned factory. He's very good at the crime fighting gig now but there's nobody left to tell.
Then Ned Leeds moves in across the hall — with MJ, who has a housewarming invitation, and no idea who Peter is.
She's still wearing the necklace.
a.k.a. Brand New Day comes out this week and I'm PYSCHED. Obvi inspired from the trailer :P

Summary
MJ’s first assessment of Peter Parker is that he’s a little weird.
And this is perfectly normal. It’s New York. What are you gonna do?
But there’s this itch, deep in the back of her mind. This itch that grows and grows as Peter Parker becomes a regular. MJ has dreams and thoughts and feelings that don’t make any sense, and maybe it’s the stress of senior year, the excitement of getting ready for college, but she doesn’t think so.
Not when Ned can’t seem to stop staring at Peter Parker, either. Not when Ned finally googles him, and his search comes up empty. Not when there’s an unfinished drawing of Spider-Man in her room, the lines forming his face stopping just short of it, and he’s sitting on the roof of Midtown High, and he’s leaning forward, laughing.
She has no idea what that last part has to do with any of it, except for the fact that there’s a laugh that drifts through the back of her thoughts sometimes, light and joyful. Except for the fact that she’s never heard Peter Parker laugh.
In her mind, every day, the sky tears itself to pieces.

Summary
Who would’ve thought that the big bad Red Hood could sing like a Broadway star?
Ever since Jason was young, the theatre and literature were his escape from the pain of his life. His ma would take him to a local theatre all the time, before the drugs really found her. On her worse days, he would sing to her from her favorite musicals like she did for him when he was younger. Alfred encouraged his love for the performing arts by teaching him to sing and act. He dreamt that maybe he could find himself in theatre when he grew up. But if his death, crappy first 23 years of life and a family who didn’t care for him at all, told him anything, was that he couldn’t escape his pain. Until Tim decided to give Jason a chance and now he has the opportunity to start a new life, to move on from his past. Maybe he could finally join the world of theatre like his ma and Alfred would want him to.
But can Jason actually do that, live a real, happy life? Would he even know how? -

Summary
“I can’t,” he whispered. “Please—”
A click. A grin. A flash. Darkness. Nothing.
When Jason woke up, it wasn’t with a startled flinch and gasp of air like he’d come to expect. He didn’t sit up, drenched in sweat and cough as his breath returned to him. He just continued lying there, almost as if he had fallen asleep easily, at perfect peace, and had awoken in much the same state.
He looked dully in front of him and then slowly, arduously, turned over onto his other side and tried to will himself back to sleep.

Reeling from the events of Death of the Family, the Batman family is splintered. As Jason Todd finally resurfaces, the family is thrown into a chaotic situation they are utterly unprepared for, much farther away than they could have imagined. Another world, another team, another Batman and Robin. As the mystery around them unfolds, it becomes clear that their odyssey into the unknown may cost more than they realized, and like all things involving Jason Todd, it may take a heavy toll. Now outsiders in a world so different, and yet so similar, Jason and the family must learn to put their many ghosts to rest and forge a new way forward or find history repeating itself—which it often does.
