Summary
Remus had been home from Hogwarts for two weeks when a large tropical bird rapped on his window. It was nearly midnight, and he was sitting in his armchair in the corner, staring at the wall and replaying the events of the last thirteen years of his life.
He knew, as soon as he heard the tapping against the glass, what he would find. Or rather, he knew what he hoped he’d find. He’d be lying if he said he hadn’t been waiting for it. Rising, he opened the window to allow the bright orange and turquoise bird to fly inside.

Summary
Remus is returning to London after years away. Sirius hasn't got a clue how to handle it.
And so ensues an argument in Tesco, accidental party invites, and a couple of run-ins with old women.
Not to mention James being a menace and Lily doing some meddling.
This is a story of second chances and new first kisses.
Many, many thanks to Melissa for creating the beautiful art for this fic. Check out more of her incredible work on TikTok @tigerrlily.art and Instagram @tigrrliily.
