Summary
When Alastor decides to return Vox's body as 'a simple thank you' for helping to break his deal, things become anything BUT simple. In a spur of the moment decision, Alastor takes Vox hostage. But when Charlie misunderstands their situation, Vox suddenly goes from captive to 'boyfriend'. Vox claims the fake relationship is to improve his public image, while Alastor claims it's so he can feast upon Vox's flesh whenever he wants. Vox finally stood, joints cracking in protest. Annoying. Stupid human body. “Look. All I know is we woke up like this. On Earth. Together. With all our memories and none of our powers. So, congratulations, deer boy, you’re stuck with me.”
Alastor pinched the bridge of his nose, inhaling sharply through his teeth. “Let me get this straight. I have been forcibly deposited into a mortal vessel, next to you, with no warning, no explanation, and no immediate means of escape?”
“That’s the gist,” Vox said.
Alastor stared at him.
Then laughed.
Or Alastor and Vox find themselves trapped in Purgatory with human bodies.

Summary
Inside me there are two wolves: One who thinks 310 was the perfect ending for Ogata and one who wishes there were more resolution to Vasily's story. This fic is what happened when I let them fight it out.
Vasily has waited too long to finally determine the winner of their contest, and letting Ogata die here would be too easy, too anticlimactic, like the disappointing thud of an artillery shell that doesn’t detonate.
He gets to decide whether his prey lives or dies, and for now, Ogata must live.
