Summary
In the middle of a stormy night where the sky itself seems to be set on ripping the world apart, a young knight in training named Link is woken up by a desperate call from Zelda, the Princess of Hyrule. She’s trapped in the dungeon of the castle and she needs help.
Link’s uncle and only parental figure leaves with an order for his nephew to stay home, but Link can’t help himself when his beloved Princess, the unknowing recipient of his undying love, is calling out for help.
He rushes out into the night and unto his destiny as the Hero of Legends.
A Link to the Past novelization with some liberties to allow for Zelda to have a more active role and to incorporate some elements that hadn’t been introduced to the Zelda lore yet back when the game was released.

Summary
Link is a very talented bard, the best in Castle Town according to his sources (himself). He's not as good at avoiding getting attached, despite his best efforts, and when monsters attack, he jumps in to defend everyone. This will lead to finding out he is the hero of this age, and to a quest to save Princess Zelda because even a royal doesn't deserve Death by Ganon, and by so doing, all of Hyrule.

Summary
Link knows he will eventually have to face Demise's Curse, and has been training obsessively for 11 years in preparation. Even armies of monsters aren't much of a threat anymore.
But when the Master Sword is cursed so badly it can't even be put to rest, and people are being attacked by monsters all over Hyrule, despite the fact there doesn't seem to be any monsters roaming around for the Hero to fight, and with part of the population being more hindrance than help because they don't believe in either the Hero nor the Princess, Link and Zelda find themselves faced with nothing but unsolvable problems and very little to go on. And the Enemy has more unpleasant surprises in store yet...

Because of some very unusual things about him, Limsy is worried that her young son Link might be a Sage. The presence of Sages would be worrisome anyway since they only appear during particularly difficult cursed ages, but of course, the prospect of her own child being one and therefore directly involved in such an age is terrifying.
Garm and her agree that it's still best to find out for sure, and so they resolve to go to Castle Town and consult with the Head Priests there.Prequel to All That Hurts Us - this trip is the one in the prologue of the story.

Summary
He was having deja vu. Deja vu that threw him back to mere years ago. Zero idea of where he was, hunting down shrines under the guidance of a cryptic ghost, and getting his ass kicked by foes he normally wouldn’t bat an eye at. Only this time around, he was also lucky enough to be bestowed with a fever that would flush on and off at a whim, and bouts of nausea that made his stomach recoil at the idea of eating anything more extravagant than an apple.
And of course, the memory of how he ended up back in this situation.
Link moves through the events of the Upheaval while remembering the years of peace he and Zelda had between it and the Calamity. TOTK narrative with chapter preludes of post-BOTW moments.
