Summary
"No," Wei Wuxian whispered, his voice cracking. "No, no, no. Absolutely not."
He had done his time! He had served his tragic backstory sentence! He was a happily married man! For years now, his daily routine consisted of sleeping until noon, eating spiced lotus root soup, and being pampered, carried, and thoroughly adored by the most handsome husband in the cultivation world. He was, by all technical definitions, a deeply spoiled, wildly cherished trophy husband.
And now? He was back in a cave, smelling like dirt, with a back screaming in protest from thirty seconds on a stone floor.
"My husband!" Wei Wuxian wept a single, tragic tear, clutching his chest. "He’s tall! He’s rich! He smells like sandalwood, and he carries me when my feet hurt! Do you know what he did when I complained about the chill in our bedroom? He bought three fur rugs! Three! And now look at me! I am sitting on a crate! A wooden crate, Wen Qing!"
"I survived death, resentful energy, and the Sunshot Campaign! I will not survive a week without my soft mattress and my handsome husband!"
Or 10 years post canon Wei Ying who is a happily married spoiled wife is tossed back in time and says hell no to canon.

In Which Midoriya Izuku Does Not Die by Arnim

Summary
Midoriya Izuku wasn’t fragile, he had just been run over by a train and gotten up again. Sure, he was quirkless (was he even?), but not fragile. Not having a quirk didn’t mean he was fragile or useless or worthless. All it meant was that he had been handed an opportunity that no one else could have known he had.
If no one had ever tried to kill him, Izuku wouldn’t know that he couldn’t die.(excerpt is from chapter 4 but is a good indication of the themes)
Sorry about the short chapters at the beginning. I considered putting them all together but eventually decided against it. -

Summary
Reverse Big Bang 2026: "The forest cannot create monsters; it only reveals the ones people already carry inside themselves."
"Some ghosts are not the dead—they are the truths we refuse to face."
When a routine rescue goes terribly wrong, Wei Wuxian, Jiang Cheng, and Jin Ling find themselves trapped within a forest that feeds on memory, grief, and the wounds people leave buried. As reality fractures around them, old scars begin to surface—some remembered, some forgotten, and some never spoken aloud. To find their way home, they must navigate a labyrinth of echoes where the past is never truly gone and every step forward demands confronting what was left behind. A story about grief, family, forgiveness, and the devastating weight of love that survives even when everything else falls apart.
"What happens when grief loses every place it has left to hide?"

Summary
Lan Sizhui, Lan Jingyi, Jin Ling, and Ouyang Zizhen listened attentively as Wei Wuxian explained his newest invention: a way to send memories to the past. Satisfied that he dealt with all possible paradoxes and running on -2 hours of sleep, he didn't make note of his sons' frankly concerning expressions.
"We could change everything!" they shouted simultaneously.
For better or worse, only time will tell.

He can’t get Jin Guangyao’s words out of his head.
If he’d only believed in Wei Wuxian, if he’d only been willing to stand up for him, could it all have been avoided?
