“You really showed up here after hooking up with someone? And you didn’t even shower?”
“W-what?”
“You reek of omega, Buck.”
“Eddie, I … no. That’s not … I didn’t hook up with anyone.” [...] “It’s me. You’re smelling me.”
“Nice try, but you’re an alpha, Buck. I know what an omega smells like, and this scent is strong.”
“Not anymore.”
“What does that even mean?”
“I’m not … not an alpha anymore, Eddie.”

Summary
“What’s wrong?” Jack asked, beginning to get a bit worried about the other man.
Robby fidgeted with his hands nervously.
“My–erm…” He began. His eyes darted around the room. “My ex is here… not as a patient. I think as a potential new hire.”
“Your ex?”
“Hmmhm.”
“The one who hit you?” Jack said with a low growl.
“He didn’t hit me…” Robby objected, turning his gaze to his feet. “He just pushed me around… and I kinda did egg him on.”
“That’s not–” Jack stopped himself. “He laid a hand on you.”
“Okay I get it! He was bad for me. I know that. I need you to do me a favor… I think he’s going to see if I’m available and maybe try to get me back.”
Robby's toxic ex starts to work at PTMC and he asks Jack to be his fake mate. He didn't expect to acually fall for his best friend in the process.

Dennis is pregnant with his boss' baby. He should be freaking out; this ridiculous situation he's found himself in is an HR disaster at best and life changing at worst. But Dennis has always had a screw or two loose. If he didn't, he'd probably still be stuck in Nebraska.
He's ecstatic. Now he just needs to figure out how to tell Robby.

Summary
Peter never made any plans to run away, until the day he leaves. It isn’t an idea that slowly creeps up on him. He just stands over the sink one day in early spring, watching his father’s bright red ashtray bob up through the soap bubbles, and feels an overwhelming urge to get the hell out of this place.
Two years later. Tony Stark has been keeping his identity as Iron Man a secret, successfully hiding behind his spoiled, rich asshole persona. It’s isolating, but he doesn’t even like people anyway, so it’s fine, he’s fine, he’s great. And then he gets saddled with a new intern, who isn’t just hiding secrets: he’s barely holding it together.- Language:

Nurses froze. A tech stopped mid-step. Even Dana, fearless on her worst days, halted in her tracks.

Jack didn’t wait.
He closed the distance in two strides and grabbed Dennis, hands sliding to both sides of the kid’s waist, hauling him off Trinity and straight into his chest. Dennis sagged instantly, collapsing against Jack like his bones had given up.
Jack’s jaw clenched so tight the muscle jumped. His eyes were pure, murderous fire.
