This is for Rosie's July flashfic-- one month late! Like Mac's will to get out of medical, I'm determined in my crusade to complete these prompts.
This fic is written for the 4th collection of prompts-- lots of egg related content.
This story picks up where my fic "Not the Shelby + Not Bambi" left off. Thanks to the "roadkill" prompt, Mac is nursing a broken arm and Jack and Bozer are nursing Mac.

Please enjoy this expansion in which I take the sweet, sweet humor that is that 4 minutes of television, twist everything, and attempt to rip your heart out with it. Febuwhump prompts 2, 3, 13, 21.

There had always been the possibility that Jack just wouldn’t get caught, or that he’d shoot his way out if he did. Otherwise they would have both gone in. Mac would have insisted on that, because he hates it, absolutely hates it, when the entire plan is for Jack to put himself between Mac and danger. That’s not how partnership should work.Mac, with his blue eyes and blond hair, can’t really pass as a local, but Jack can pull it off just fine. The right jacket, some artfully placed smudges on his face, a cap from a very non-tourist part of the local market, combined with just the right swagger, and there’s a decent chance that nobody will give him a second glance. So maybe he can get in, grab the intel, and get back out without even being spotted.
But of course it couldn't just be that easy.
