Nicholas Angel is labeled a looney after attempting to convince the station that recent accidents were actually murders. They all laugh at him (except Danny of course), and in their skepticism, they tell Angel to go to the castle alone to search for the "killer." They assume nothing will happen and he will return, embarrassed. But thats not what goes down. They don't hear a peep from Nicholas for 3 hours; 10 hours; 1 day; 4 days. They search the area, but theres no sign of him. Nicholas Angel is presumed dead. But that's not what went down either.
