Summary
Two years after Any Way the Wind Blows (not including Agatha's epilogue) Baz is now the one who's struggling to keep it together. While Simon still isn't sure what he wants to do with his life (besides spending it with Baz) Baz has decided to change what he's studying in college and follow in his mother's footsteps to become a professor. But he's always been afraid of not living up to what she would have wanted for him. Hell, his chance to be the perfect son was spoiled for him the day his mother died and a monster sunk its teeth into his neck. So, he has to do what he can by working his ass off to get where he wants to be.
Simon does his best to take care of his boyfriend as his studies and his own self doubt consume him, while trying to figure out next steps for his own life at the same time. Luckily, he has family that is more than happy to help!Bookmarked by LaneMeyer

Or: Simon and Baz watch the sunset in Baz's favourite place on the estate before leaving to ask Fiona about Nicodemus and get cursed to be unable to stop kissing until Malcom can come up with a strong enough counterspell.
