Summary
Suguru writes little messages on strips of paper that he folds into stars - small confessions that Satoru aren’t privy to the way he used to be - and he sees the way his best friend is pulling away from him, step-by-step, day-by-day.
Satoru starts folding origami cranes, hoping it will be enough to help Suguru where he can’t. What starts off as a little whimsical wish turns into something more and something bigger than he expects, his heart tucked into every fold of every paper with every crane he makes.
