Summary
Kris swears they have it the worst. Like, they're being puppeted around by some eldritch being, forcing them to do things they never wanted. Not to mention it keeps interfering with the plan. So what if it's always been nice, and treats their friends with love, and lets Kris do stuff they want, it's still controlling them! It must be so easy, not being the Cage.
What if they weren't the Cage anymore? That would solve everything, right?
But someone has to be the Cage.

CONTINUING TO MONITOROr: Before Kris jumps us in Dess' room, we find Noelle's old phone that she threw out because of some arbitrary sibling trauma, along with her old Discus account. This kinda derails everything. Still, this opportunity is too interesting for someone watching to pass up. Very, very, interesting.
I know this sounds weird but trust me it's fun.Bookmarked by LonelyRaven

Huh, thats weird, why is Save 1 gone? I swear that was my perfect pacifist save... Why is it just gone now? Whatever, I'm tired of waiting for the trillionth time, time to make a whole new one I guess.
Or
A multi POV story of Kris going quickly through Deltarune with a man stuck as a SOUL who's been trapped in DR for the last 10 years. Also sorry that I'm not very good at stories.

Summary
Have you ever loved a game so much, you can't think of anything else?
I'm sure many more people than most would think have had this happen, even if only temporary. When the new big release comes out so you grind with your friends for a month. When you find an old game you would play as a kid, so you have to replay it for the week. The yearly Minecraft binge. When a new title for a franchise you like comes out, so you get it to play for a day and remember the glory days.
Even that one day counts. When temporary, that focus can be good. In fact, it's quite normal to focus on something that you like.
But what if you never stopped focusing?
