“I— I don’t think this is your chemistry homework.” Tetchou quickly shuts the book, passing it back to Jouno.
“Huh? Then what is—“ He runs his finger over the braille written on top of the book, turning red when he realizes just what it was; his diary. “How much did you read?”
“Just the first sentence.”
“And what did it say?”
“Uh… it said, ‘I think I fell in love with the barista.’”
Jouno doesn’t know how it happened — all he did was engage in everyday small talk in the coffee shop he frequented — and yet somehow, he managed to fall in love with the barista who’d serve him every time, Tetchou.
