“Tobias drugged me.” Spencer spoke quietly. “I’m hitting withdrawal. I didn’t, I didn’t know who else to call.” The embarrassment of talking to Gideon about this weighed more than calling his superior.
Hotch had known, the hospital had told him. They’d seen it in the blood draws. “I know Reid, it’s okay.”
Reid held his breath for a moment 'Did they see everything?'
“I got your bloodwork report from the hospital. It’s part of a criminal investigation.” He paused and lowered his voice, he could make out Reid wincing in the dark. “It doesn’t matter that he’s dead, it’s still evidence.”
“I’m still evidence”. Reid spoke rhetorically.

“Don’t you find it weird?” she asked after a beat and he swallowed, feeling a blush creeping up the back of his neck but decided to pretend not to know what she was talking about.
“What exactly?” he asked and pulled himself up, sitting up beside her, he finally turned his head and glanced at her. Her thin eyebrow raised as she thought, biting her bottom lip subconsciously and the act itself never failed to drive him crazy. His eyes fixated on her lip between her teeth and he had to look away before he could do something stupid.
“This. Us sharing a room.” she stated casually with a soft shrug of her shoulders and glanced at him. “Aren’t you the boss here?”
