Summary
In a timeline where everything went absolutely wrong, Izuku Midoriya is held within the ruins of a former HPSC lab now occupied the the Meta Liberation Army. His execution as the last Quirkless person in existence is fast approaching. However, an observer with the power to help has viewed the events going on within this particular timeline and has decided to interfere, but can only do so with Izuku's permission as a Nexus Being.
The observer will cut the timeline back to the earliest possible point that these events can be stopped and make three significant changes. However these changes will not 100% guarantee a better future. The only ones who truly have the power to ensure a better future are those the observer brought in with the promise that their help would give their own universes a second chance, All Might's new successor, and Izuku himself.

Talent is given too much credit. True skill is forged in endless nights, and tired mornings. Unfortunately that can often be tiring. But there are things in life that can make that easier, if only just a little bit. But that tiny bit of help can be worth entire worlds to some.
