Summary
The most important tool of a magician was their hands.
A magician would be nothing without them, really. Most tricks —if not all of them— relied on the performers hands to ‘do the magic’, so to speak. They were the secret behind quite a few tricks, hands. Quick movements, done while the audience was distracted, to make the magic happen. They made things double in length or teleport, appear and disappear.
Kaito had, ironically, always been more of a ‘make things appear’ magician.
or : Kaito gets his hand stuck in a trap that’s inescapable even for the great Kaitou KID.

It was good, Saguru thought, that the Task Force had sent him the reports. Because between the drug and the disconcerting nature of the situation, he was pretty certain no one had noticed that the last owner had died shortly after KID, a known jewel thief, had reappeared. That, together with the gem suddenly emptying itself completely instead of just a bit like with the other owners, implied that someone had manipulated the gem.
Someone had tried to kill Kaitou KID.
And they’d very nearly succeeded.
or : Kaito wakes up in a storage room wearing his KID outfit. He has two gems with him, which doesn’t really make up for having no idea how he got there.

But he’d raised that gun to his head to shoot himself and he’d intended to go through with it. Otherwise the robot would not have done the same. He’d raised the gun and there had been no explicit thought, but he’d decided that either this would work or he wouldn’t need to live. He’d raised the gun and only been spared from pulling the trigger because his copy was quicker.
But he’d intended to shoot himself.
He’d just been too slow.

Someone tried to murder me by burying me alive, but they messed it up so now I’m lost and have no idea where I am. Or who I am.
“Oh, I was traveling.” Scott answered mildly. “Got a bit bored of my home, so I left. Wanted to see what was out there, you know how it is.” He made some vague gestures. “Got a bit lost though, so I ended up here. What did you call it again?”
“Oakhurst.”
“Oakhurst…” Hm, sounded vaguely familiar.
or : in which Scott wakes up from his sleeping curse but his memory very much does not, leaving a very confused vampire with some serious memory issues who has no idea he’s a vampire in the first place. Surely this can only go well!

“I’m fine.” KID said, standing up. He didn’t turn around fully, but he did angle himself backwards just a bit to look at Saguru, so he could see half of his face. He would have been able to see more, had KID’s hands not been covering the other half. Thick, dark liquid was steadily dripping from it, onto his collar. Saguru must have looked as horrified as he felt, because KID’s visible eye sharpened. “I’m fine.” He insisted.
“Obviously not!” Saguru answered, louder than he intended. “Kuroba, your face is literally covered in-“
“Nothing.” Kuroba interrupted, a panicked edge in his voice. “There’s nothing there because I’m fine.”
Kaito gets shot at a heist. This leads to revelations for both him and a certain blonde detective chasing him.

Tartaglia has only been a harbinger for half a month and he likes to think hes doing a fairly good job learning to get along with his new colleagues.
The problem is he doesn’t really know anything about the regrator and a meeting with him doesn't clear anything up either.Thank the Tsaritsa even the renowned harbingers aren't immune to break room gossip behind the their comrades back. This is surely the best way to learn about the banker that occupies the ninth seat, right?
Basically, I wanted to write about the harbingers oppinion on Pantalone and Dottores relationship behind their backs. Lol.

Summary
The first time Pantalone met the harbingers, it was at his inauguration.
Most of them would look at him and see a man who owns everything. A man who holds the world in his palm. A man of slim stature and soft features who must have never done a hard day's labor in his life.
Despite how believable that may seem, it could not be further from the truth. In reality things were much less comfortable and a good bit more bloody.
Or: my interpretation of Dottore and Feofans first meeting.
