Katara felt like she was waking up from a long slumber, one of those that grace you once in a lifetime, where your muscles feel stiff after lying motionless for a long time and yet your mind indulgently asks for some more time. This was funny considering she didn’t remember sleeping for more than 2 hours in day because while healing Aang. As her consciousness returned slowly, she heard a weird murmuring sound.
It was a man's voice, a very deep raspy voice which murmured, "Come back to us, Katara. Come back to me." And was he holding her hand in a gentle grip? She slowly opened her eyes, squinting at the sudden light and then..... It was all red.

Summary
So we know Bakugou had to monitor his heart rate post surgery and most people get a holter monitor for cardiac patients. Got this fluffy fic idea where being around Izuku makes Katsuki's heart rate spike. Obviously, Katsuki remains oblivious on purpose but others catch up, including Izuku himself.
"You’re supposed to be resting after all the poking and proding” Katsuki snaps.
“So are you,” Izuku replies, already walking closer. All Izuku has to do is look at Katsuki with a familiar question in his eyes, and he shifts a bit in his giant bed to let Izuku in, to complete "All Might David Shield Documentary" (more of a gay rom com in his opinion) they had started last night.
Soon he heard soft snores followed by the feeling of Izuku's curls against his cheek. It was an unexplainable feeling seeing Izuku be so vulnerable in his presence. The heart monitor suddenly beeps rapidly and Katsuki stiffens.

Izuku freezes mid-sleep. “…Did I—should I—”
“No,” Katsuki says too fast. Then, quieter, like it slips out before he can stop it, “Just—sleep.” Izuku does, like it isn't the first time he had cuddled with Katsuki.

Worse, he’d started slacking off on training, which annoyed Sugar Queen more than it did Toph—but still, a loss was a loss. The Flying Boars had suffered their first defeat because of poor teamwork, and that was unacceptable.
Avatar help her, his contract was ending in a week.

Summary
Katara and Zuko's mission on board The Southern Raiders goes badly wrong, and they are captured and imprisoned in the unforgiving hull of the ship.
Katara now finds herself locked in a small room with a boy that she refuses to trust, and nine years worth of trauma and guilt swimming in her mind. She is resolute in her hostility towards Zuko, but as the horrors of their captivity unfold, an undeniable bond is formed in the quiet moments between their captor's torments.
When they find themselves safely back with their friends on Ember Island, they are both sporting deep scars – old and new, seen and unseen. Katara struggles to reconcile all the pieces of herself and figure out who she truly is. And Zuko continues to battle with his past guilt, and the new guilt that arises from his growing feelings towards Katara.
As their bond deepens – it may be the lifeline they both so desperately need to pull them from the dark waters of their past.
