Summary
Melkor took in Eönwë’s face, those beautiful alabaster features cracked like a shattered statue of Almaren:
“So, yes, little herald, here is the answer to the question you would not ask me, but which obsessed you nonetheless: it is your fault. You failed, and had you not, Mairon would still be at your side. You wished to keep him in a cage; I broke that cage. And he was so grateful... So devoted to pleasing me, to offering me everything he had, everything he was...”―――
Mairon’s journey, caught between a first love he cannot tear himself away from, and the obsession of a fallen Vala. The last spark of light within a corrupted soul, flickering with hope, betrayal, and reunions across the ages. The primary ship is Eönwë/Mairon, though Angband naturally gets a lot of screentime.

This is a take on of Melkor's and Mairon's epic but twisted love story and needless to say, it involves explicit scenes. We follow them from their first meeting and through the time in Utumno, where Mairon's innocence is taken in so many ways. Read the tags for all our sakes!

She fans the deck out a final time.
This time, it’s the lovers, reversed.
“The union of the lovers has been disrupted, and the perfect balance is broken. One partner is dominating the other, or taking too much.”
At this he breaks out the smirk, again. “Well there’s nothing wrong with a little domination.”

Galadriel survived the fall of Eregion, yet she was taken captive by Sauron in Barad-dûr. He who came to her in the shape of Halbrand — the man she had trusted — now holds her in his keeping. He seeks to bend her will, to make her choose his side. Torn between hatred and a strange bond, between the memory of her lost husband and the living warmth of her foe, she must seek a way to regain her freedom.
