Excerpt:
Al blinks, trying to pull his vision back into focus as he’s suffocated in the newfound silence left behind upon Vincent’s departure. His knees wobble and he sways, catching himself against the wall as he finally pulls himself together enough to lift his head.
Al presses a hand to his temple, eyes slipping closed as a dull ache blooms behind them. In the resulting darkness, all he sees is the strange red that had lingered in Vincent’s eye.
H-he was imagining things. The swirling red in his husband’s eye… the underlying threat in his husband’s words…
Alastor shakes his head, arms coming up to hug himself as he turns away.
He’s losing his mind, isn't he?OR... the fic in which Vox has Alastor in a simulated reality, but Alastor keeps noticing the little oddities in their make-believe perfect world.

Summary
Flashy businessman Vince arrives in New Orleans for a meeting at the local run down radio station. Expecting to sell his usual junk to whatever new victim he has today, he runs into a radio host who isn’t falling for his usual tricks. In fact he’s actually quite pretty, maybe Vince will stick around a few more days, for business reasons only of course.
This is a one sided Vox/Alastor fic with an obsessive Vox and background RadioApple.
