In that moment he wished, desperately, that Spock was there beside him now. Spock would know what he should do. Spock would say the right thing. Spock would--
“Jim?”
Jim sat bolt upright.
Spock was standing in front of him.
“Commander Kirk, what are you doing on my bed?”
“Your bed?” Jim asked dumbly.
It was then that he noticed his surroundings.
The room was similar to his own, clearly another hotel room, but this one was brighter. The bed he was lying on was large and neatly made, not the crumpled sheets of his own hotel bed.
Looking down at himself, he noticed, bizarrely, he was wearing his uniform.
“Spock,” he asked. “Why am I on your bed?”
Spock raised an eyebrow. “That was my inquiry as well.”

The residual affects of their mind-meld combined with the intoxicating atmosphere of Cesnar cause James Kirk to appear in Spock's room at the Cesnar Grand. Spock is convinced he is a hallucination, but this all feels pretty real to Jim. And as they spend the day together, his "small" crush on the Vulcan begins to grow out of control.

Summary
What did that say about the fact that Spock had let Jim Kirk get so close, so easily? That he had allowed him to see sides of himself he had never shown to anyone, not even after years together, not even under promises of commitment? It had already been shameful enough to consider that Jim might be nothing more than a projection of his own mind, an illusion generated by the planet's effects, a chemical symptom and nothing more. Now, though, the question kept returning, night after night, granting him no reprieve — if he had known, at the time, that Jim was truly there — present, real, tangible — would he have allowed the same level of openness? If his mental faculties hadn't been weakened by the substances in that strange air, would he have let his guard down all the same?
There was no answer available. Only the suspicion, increasingly difficult to ignore, that perhaps the answer was yes.
Or... Spock is still processing the emotional aftermath of his experience with Jim on Cesnar Grand, when he returns to the Enterprise, reigniting a closeness that leaves Spock increasingly unsettled.
This story contains spoilers for SNW S4E3.

He's met with silence. But he knows he’s right. He can hear Armand’s rapid heartbeat even at a distance, and the scent of his blood is unmistakable. Daniel’s still so angry. He can't let him win.
"Fine. You wanna watch so bad? Be my guest."
Daniel would've assumed he'd be way too uncomfortable to carry on getting himself off, knowing Armand's nearby. Instead, he finds it strangely easy to keep going. He can tell those glowing, amber eyes are on him, but it only turns him on that much more. Being watched by Armand feels eerily familiar.
