That is until a girl named Ranma Saotome drops by her dreams as "a shortcut to China".

Summary
Fanfic based on the premise of Cold Water Bloodline
For as long as Ranma could remember it had always been just him and his pops on the open road, training as martial artists and going on adventures. As Ranma aged however, it felt more like he was fighting his own body and less like he was fighting his opponents until fateful day at Jusenkyo. He can't put it into words and he assumes it's the curse tempting and torturing him, but he's about to learn he's far less alone than he thinks he is as his bloodline comes knocking.
Yuika Shimizu has lived a comfortable yet empty life. When she was only two years old her twin was stolen from her and dragged off on a training journey. This would be a problem for any family, but the Shimizu bloodline is just a little bit different.
