Elias was the kind of person people looked past. He was quiet, tucked away in the corner of the university library, his fingers perpetually stained with ink and the scent of old paper. He lived a life of careful margins, avoiding the messy, loud, unpredictable center of the world. He liked the safety of his routine. He liked the way the world made sense when it was silent.
Then there was Julian.
Julian was the sun breaking through a storm cloud unpredictable, blinding, and entirely too much. He was a musician, a whirlwind of frantic energy and bruised knuckles, always smelling of clove cigarettes and the cold night air. Where Elias was a still lake, Julian was a crashing wave.
They shouldn't have worked. They were two different frequencies, a radio caught between stations, filled with nothing but static. But the static was where they met.

Summary
Omegas weren't feared nearly as much as they should be in this society. Quirks did not care about one's dynamic. Power did not care about one's dynamic. With unjust laws that discriminate against omegas and fake heroes that had most of society fooled, the entire system needed a reboot. That was the goal of the League of Villains, a notorious group that almost brought the entire country to its knees. Almost.
This isn't a story where the protagonist achieves everything he wants in the end. The League of Villains was never going to win. Destiny is funny like that. That doesn't mean that the league never had a point, nor does it mean that their efforts for an improved society were always in vain. Does the destruction of the pack have to mean the death of the wolves?
Dabi will be forced to choose between rehabilitation and revenge, to remain as Dabi or to revive Touya Todoroki. Rehabilitation would put him back where he started and revenge will burn through whatever is left of his flesh and bone. Regardless of choice, maybe he could at least help point the world in a better direction. After all, he's nothing if not an opinionated omega.
