Summary
CURRENTLY EDITING OLD CHAPTERS, FOR BEST EXPERIENCE COME LATER. Progress: 4/72 edited.
An alternative continuation of the Luna IV scene where Dottore trapped Aether. Traveler said Dottore could never know what he wanted. Dottore is determined to prove him wrong.
The Traveler has befriended Archons and Harbingers alike, but when it comes to Dottore, he refuses him outright. Through study, negotiation, and whatever agreements Aether can be persuaded to sign, he intends to make himself indispensable.
He understands what Aether wants, what he lacks, what he's been carrying alone for too long. He knows, and he offers, and Aether fails — gradually, then completely — to keep pretending that none of it is working on him.
Dottore did not expect to end up feeling understood in return, and yet Aether proves to be someone who wants him more than any of his initial plans accounted for.
Eventually, they become special for each other, in their own twisted way. The world, meanwhile, has its own plans to test just how much this bond can withstand.Luna VII will also get integrated here in a certain way, but Moonttore remains alive throughout.

Summary
Look, all Percy wanted to do was stop by the Chase Space just in case Annabeth's dead uncle had anything useful in his library for their classes. Spending a few days with Magnus was just an added bonus.
What he WASN'T expecting was to become an overnight sensation by telling some bigot off (okay maybe he also socked him in the face but still)
Turns out his beliefs, which he thought were pretty normal, are actually quite radical... in the Mortal world that is, and a lot of people love it
Maybe he can make something of this... If he could change the Greek world, maybe he can change the Mortal world as well.
Probably not, but it's always worth a shot.

From August 14 to August 17, the entirety of Manhattan was asleep. Then everyone woke up; Kronos fell; and the news passed it off as a chemical fumes accident that knocked everyone out.
Yeah... Reddit isn't buying it. Cue the beginning of the Manhattan Big Sleep megathread.
Note: A lot of the characters mentioned in the tags won't actually show up, but will be mentioned often.
Also, TW for mention of death, corpses, etc. Canonically the Battle of Manhattan resulted in a lot of mortal deaths, so... yeah.
