Summary
They are, the two of them, irrefutably not people, though they bleed red like humans do. Ugliness is a sign of bad character, so the world says, and Sukuna, with his many deformities, and Uraume, with their pallid coloration and eyes not too different from Sukuna's own, the both of them with their monstrous nature marked in face and flesh, were deemed demons even before his cutting and their cold developed.
If they were people, their lives might be what others call tragic. But they're not.

Uraume slowly inhales the scent of the boy’s cursed energy. It's like fresh-ground spices on their tongue, overwhelming and painful with a wild intensity they've never seen from the master before. The master's own spices were tamer than this, the same sting and the same sharp intensity, but his are much more controlled. This boy is too small and skittish to be Uraume's master, but his energy, even untamed as it is, has the same unmistakable burn. This boy is not the master, but it's possible that he one day will be.

Summary
Items connected to a powerful enough sorcerer can become cursed tools and objects, even if the sorcerer in question wasn't consciously imbuing it with their Energy. She doubts this is the case with the glasses in her hands, but there's potential in the idea.
Hell. This might be stupid. Especially if her confrontation with the mysterious murderer goes poorly.
It doesn't matter. If she can see Energy as clearly as Satoru did, she can hunt his and Suguru's killer down. She only has one thing that Jujutsu sorcery values, and if she has to offer that up in order to find out what happened, so be it.

Summary
Something in the room changes when she turns around to leave. The air is colder, the stark white of the morgue even less colorful. It feels like the prickle of Satoru’s stare, like the chill of Suguru’s shadows, but when she glances backwards, the bodies are still flat on their backs and covered.
Wishful thinking, maybe.
Wishes don't get granted in the real world, though. The closest thing to that would be a binding vow, but there's no one left to make such a pact with.

Summary
Ieiri Shoko's boys are gone. Both of them.
Three fresh cadavers lie flat before her in her morgue, motionless, bloody and empty and cold. A maid, and her boys.
She wants them back.
She vows to find the man who did this to them, and to prevent anything like this from happening to their underclassmen.
Something, somewhere, somehow takes these things as criteria for a Vow.
Through this Vow, Ieiri Shoko does get her boys back. They come back a little bit misshapen, though, a little bit warped.
