    Years after a failed attempt by the Trade Federation to blockade Naboo, the Tatooine Free Fleet bursts out of the desolate, forgotten planet to blockade Geonosis in retaliation, unheralded, undefeated, and utterly unwilling to negotiate.

    Obi-Wan Kenobi, eager to try the diplomatic solution, offers himself as a hostage to try and bring them to the negotiating table. Instead, he finds a desperate community of freedmen, a cause worth fighting for, and the most astounding Force anomaly that the Jedi may have ever witnessed.

    “Thank you, Masters,” he says one last time, with a bow too short and shallow to be truly respectful. And then, ignoring the rising protests, he turns his back and walks away, weight lifting from his shoulders with every step.

    Anakin has completed his responsibilities as a Jedi general and is preparing to leave the Order and reunite with his family. He hopes that he will have a chance to rest and heal from all the terrible things he’s seen and done in the name of duty. A place where he and his loved ones don’t have to spend every day fighting for their lives.

    The ceasefire between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems has held for weeks now, and treaty negotiations are underway. Even though Palpatine is still in the wind, many are hopeful that the peace will last.

    Not everyone is as optimistic about the future, however. Some individuals believe they know what is best for the galaxy and the people in it, regardless of what those people have to say. And they are desperate to protect their own.

    But choices born of desperation rarely lead to good outcomes.

    Change one event, make a few tweaks to it, and everything that comes after changes. Especially when Time Travel is involved. Obi-Wan Kenobi and some of those closest to him are flung back to a pivotal point in his padawan journey under Qui-Gon Jinn. Anakin, Ahsoka, Cody, Rex, Fives all arrive with him and are given a chance to change the future.

    First though, they’ll need to deal with the conflict raging around them.

    Or: The Force had granted its child’s wish to save his Master… with an unexpected twist: Anakin had found himself twenty-four years in the past, unsure of his purpose so far back in time. Unwilling to ruin his future, he was cautious to change anything. But he just had to protect wide-eyed baby Obi-Wan, even if it was from Master Qui-Gon. Along the way, Anakin might save himself and the galaxy as well.
