Summary
Death was busy in the early morning of April 15th, 1912. He hauled the souls of the victims of the Titanic out of their drowned bodies, pulling them from underneath miles of ocean and mountains of debris. He pried them out of the frozen corpses as they bobbed in the icy waters of the Atlantic. Slowly, the surrounding area was becoming quieter and quieter as those men, women and children slowly faded off painlessly. It was all young Tommy could do to keep himself awake as he clung to the shattered remains of the door. His fingers were pale with not only cold but the determination and desperation of a terrified ten year old trying to find his mama.

Yagi, sickly as he was, coughed up some blood in sheer surprise of the statement.
“Midoriya is your kid right? Go handle him.” Vlad clarified.
“I- I am not related to young Midoriya!” he finally managed, face red with embarrassment.
“I would still admit, this has been a complete 180 in Midoriya’s behavior, it just doesn’t feel natural.” Shouta continued.
“It can be a quirk affecting him, he has been acting this way since the provisional licensing exam, who knows what quirks were there.” Midnight suggested
“Have any one of you even considered the fact that this might not be a quirk but just little Midoriya figuring out that there is another way to respond when you feel you are not being treated right?” Hound dog suggested with a sly smile on his face.
Shouta’s left eye twitched , “You mean to say..” he trailed for some reason.
“You mean to say that this is green bean’s version of a teenage rebellion?” Nemuri squealed as she finished the sentence.
As if on cue Vlad and Hizashi hit their heads on the table, “you mean to say this is not going away?” the voice hero was wailing now.

“If you agree to take it, and to keep taking it, we will give you one more chance.”

Tommy wailed in agony, the harsh impact and unforgiving cold against his back was a horrible pain he had not yet experienced. Even falling had not hurt this bad.
He cried and chattered for his sire to come for him, but there was only emptiness when he reached out.
“ Oh .”
The word was like a gentle breeze flowing through forest leaves— a sort of symphony in and of itself, reverent and gentle.
The fingers around his neck relaxed until Tommy could hardly feel them anymore. He still keened and whined his displeasure, his sensitive nerves pulsing shockwaves of pain throughout his entire body.
“Oh, hello,” The prey turned predator greeted gently. “I am sorry, little one. I did not mean to hurt you.”
Tommy cracked open a stinging eye to see blazing red ones and glittering fangs before him. It was a predator like him, but older. Much older.
