Summary
If Kei has to be a girl because his transphobic dad won't let him transition, then, he'll be a Mean Girl. A character. Because pretending to be more akin to a Drag Queen is easier for him than pretending to be a cis girl. It's not ideal. Far, far from it. But until his old man and his new lady finally get off his back, that'll have to do. In the meantime, though, Kei and Yamaguchi have to find an idea to get the boys from their school to stop constantly hitting on Kei... What if a false relationship with his best friend could buy him peace?
Surely, pretending to date won't bring its own lot of problems, right?
In short: growing up sucks, especially when you have to stay in that damn closet and Kei is just thankful for Yamaguchi. Set during middle school.
