Summary
Astralis, soon-to-be Keeper of clan Lavellan, enters the Conclave to observe the talks with two of his clan-mates. He wakes up alone, confused and with a green mark on his hand, blamed for the explosion of the temple. Unable to return home to his daughter, he must fix the rift in the sky before it kills him instead.
Soon, he's no longer quite sure where he ends, and the Inquisitor begins. He can only hold tighter to the bonds he's made, and try to stay standing through the dangers as the world takes, and takes, and takes.
A fic following the DAI plot with some little AU elements, involving a lot more shenanigans with clan Lavellan and some minor characters getting their long-lost screentime. Some canon things get changed a little.

Summary

He despised this damn stuffy tunic. He heaves what will probably be his last sigh for the day. Having to fall back into his old post after being able to freely express himself in the wild is going to be a test of his skills. He didn’t have much practice with decorum. Especially the protocols he is sure Zelda will be expecting. He had ensured that the leaders and chiefs of the nation understood him, remaining quiet yet cordial. Mostly defaulting to writing or Zora hand speak. At this point very few citizens of Hyrule knew of his voice, seldom used most days.
Story begins just after BOTW and carries onto after TOTK.
