Summary
Izuku has always been quirkless even with this quirk that was given too him and he knows that. Nothings ever changing that he was born quirkless. Cause he's quirkless he's different from normal people. His nails grow a little longer, sharper, then everybody, it's not a quirk plus his mom is so nice to clip them down. He could hurt someone with them if he's not careful.
He has two scares running down his back and the fact he has no toes, people always points that out. it was an accident that happened when he was born and always had them. He would love for you never to bring that up again his mother thinks it's her fault he got hurt so young.
Little quirkless Deku somehow got a quirk from All might then he'd live his life as the mans successor, basically jut a copy of the man but different colors. This changes with Izuku taking the hit of a stray quirk aimed at his sensei in the USJ. He doesn't know what's happening or why he got these wings on his back now. He just wants to crawl up in his bed ̶N̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶s̶t̶ and go to sleep. He wants his parents H̶e̶ ̶h̶a̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶

Summary
Izuku shifted to go in the third window instead of the second - he could drop down one more floor once the hero outside was gone. He used his knife to quickly flip open the lock and slipped inside, shutting the window behind him just in time to see the hero round the corner.
He let out a sigh of relief and turned around, only to freeze at the sight of two pro-heroes, someone who was probably a hero-in-training, and a little girl in a hospital bed all staring at him.
“What, exactly, do you think you’re doing?” Eraserhead asked. Casting his gaze quickly to the side, Izuku saw a dark grey owl spirit with glowing red eyes looming over the hero's shoulder. The sharp snap of a beak from the blue, glowing heron spirit in the corner - an aosagibi clearly belonging to the other hero, Present Mic - punctuated his words.

So, as the detective took a giant gulp of his cold coffee, he can easily justify his reaction to the Pro’s words and the truth that pinged in his head as the man spoke them. “I am currently plotting a homicide.”
The detective spat the disgusting coffee all across his desk.
It was just supposed to be a normal goddamn Tuesday.

“Muscular is known as one of the most dangerous individuals alive. His quirk is a simple power-up type, but it allows him superhuman strength and speed, enough to tear apart Pro’s, civilians, and even fellow villains limb from limb. His most infamous crime as of date is the double homicide of Water Hose, the hero duo. He’s been top of the Hero Commission's watchlist ever since. Recently, there’s been a development in his case.”
“Oh? Is that why you called for an emergency meeting?”
“Yes.”
“But, what does Muscular of all people have to do with U.A?”
Shota Aizawa clicked a button on his remote, watching each of his coworkers’ expressions carefully as a picture of a student with shaggy blonde hair and green highlights showed up on the screen behind him. The boy was scowling, his blood-red irises sharp and piercing. He had a jagged scar on the right side of his face, giving him an overall intimidating appearance.
“Midoriya Izuku. Quirk: Muscle Augmentation.”
He turned to his fellow teachers and faculty members.
“I have good reason to believe that this student is, in fact, Muscular’s biological son.”
