Su She knows exactly how his story ends: terminally ill, politically insignificant, and eventually dead.
At least, that's what the novel says.
But novels can be wrong. History can be wrong.
The novel says Su She founds the Moling Su Clan after betraying the Lan. What happens if that is made factually incorrect? If Moling Su has always existed? Would it change anything if the reason Su She is in Gusu is because the Su, a small clan with little political value, sends their sons to Cloud Recesses to serve a pact made centuries ago?
