Mine. The thought came naturally, had just felt right in the most innate way. As the infant grew into a toddling little child that followed him everywhere, and then to a little girl running around with a wooden sword, stubborn and unwilling to listen to anyone except him, and then into a young woman with a cutting tongue and sharp eyes that softened just a little when they landed on him; it had still held true.
Baelor had not needed to question it. Until he did.

Summary
It is often said that the Targaryens are the blood of the dragon, but the Maesters forgot to mention that dragons come in two very different varieties.
On one side, there is Prince Baelor who thrives in the Dornish heat like a lizard on a rock but turns into a shivering, ball of fur the second he crosses the Neck. On the other side is Prince Maekar, who can march through a Northern blizzard in a linen shirt but nearly spontaneously combusts if the sun shines too brightly in Sunspear.

He gazes down at her, as he tries to fight down a yawn. He fails. “To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit, my dearest?” Baelor’s voice is impossibly soft, Maekar fights down a grin. She fails, too.
“I can’t sleep.” She simply says. As she always did.
or, Maekar gets her first period. And, for the first time ever, Baelor doesn't know what to do.
