Shane’s face grows thoughtful; he looks away from her and up towards the ceiling briefly, before his eyes flicker back. “I wouldn’t trade the life I had with him for anything. And love isn’t about how long you love someone, but how much you love them,” He huffs lightly, eyes filling with tears. “I wish we could’ve been braver a bit sooner, though.”
Lilia hugs him now. “I love you, Dad. I’m sorry, so sorry, this happened to you.”

...It was undeniable, the world loved Kagehina a little too much. Which was probably why the amount of Kagehina content released to the public started slowing down as the years passed by, leaving fans surviving off the crumbs of clips released two or three years ago.
Which was why Hinata Shoyo was completely taken aback when his PR manager messaged him on a random Thursday morning asking, “Buzzfeed requested an interview with you and Kageyama-san. Would you like to do it?”
No way. No way in hell. Why now of all times, when Shoyo was going through a crisis?
