Not ever a subject I wanted to tackle. Hard to think of much else right now.
This fandom brought me a number of close friends in the Spring of 2023... sadly after the initial post-JWD boom, but when we did still have some great motivation, largely fueled by our leader, the former elflordsmistress. We wrote together and for a few years chatted regularly, sharing inspiration, prompts, round-robins, action figures, and a treasure-trove of *thirsty* Alan content.
I miss them. I miss us. God, I miss Sam.
I don't know who wants to contribute here, but I invited you all -- with an ambiguous theme, in case you're struggling to stay afloat.

Back with a New Drabble in Honor of the big Sam Neill and Laura Dern news this week!
After 5-years, Sam has announced he is finally completely cancer free! Thank God.
And less monumental, however very exciting - Laura Dern will save the day for Mike White, replacing a dropout in the next season of White Lotus.
