Summary
Steven Grant Rogers lived in a world of facts. But that didn't mean that those facts didn't bend a little for him. Like Fact 1: He wasn't supposed to live past the age of Settling due to how sick he was as a child. Or Fact 2: That he was not supposed to get an education due to his class and lack of money. But his clever mother took care of that.
But the most important fact was that the war took people and Daemons all the time. Steve had lost many, many under his command. Including his childhood friend and soulmate. And while he saw Bucky and his Daemon fall with his very own eyes, there was now evidence years later that was proving otherwise.
