Or Tommy has psychometry powers and accidentally activates them with Techno. Proceed with trauma and confusion as techno trying to figure why the hell tommy looks like his dead brother.
Or or, 5 times Tommy gets himself in deep shit and 1 time Someone helps him out.

His mind is just playing a trick on him. It's just the Moonlight.He could have sworn,for just a brief moment his eyes glowed silver. Shimmering like a silvery pool. He smashed his eyelids closed as tightly as he could.
He opened them again and saw nothing. Just normal honey gold.
