Anton was exhausted. This day had been both mentally and physically exhausting. Convincing people to hate the guy whom you had practically said walks on water proved to be harder than previously thought. They had sent Anton to the library for face-to-face election bombing because Anton loved talking shit about people. Except that he was physically incapable when it came to Paul Baker.
Oh, Paul Baker, his husband for Visa purposes, the ex-boyfriend of one of Anton’s favourite people in the world, hottest queer man in the borough of Queens. The love of Anton’s doomed, gay, celibate life. His dilemma was as follows: he loved Paul Baker, he was married to Paul Baker, but Issa was dating him literally last month, so Anton can’t date Paul Baker, despite being deeply, stupidly in love with that silly Canadian man.
