Summary
Welcome to Season 3 of The Lab Rats Demon. To recap, season 2 ended with Perry discovering the bionic secret, Roxy knocked unconscious, and the Trio in the hands of their biological father Douglas Davenport and his mysterious partner. Douglas destroyed the lab with Agatha, Leo and Davenport inside it, though Leo and Davenport were saved from the blast by Agatha sacrificing herself.

Summary

Summary
Kaz is the last of them to turn 18 and as a surprise, Chase has begged Mr Davenport to let them move out into their own apartments.
Unfortunately, Kaz has problems sleeping in a room by himself so he heads over to Chase's apartment to have a late-night chat. And then keeps going over every night.
Chase on the other hand is fine with having his own apartment. He's finally able to work on his secret project, a collar that allows him to sleep anywhere without his capsule. And he loves that Kaz spends the night every night.
