Summary
"Everyone says that," Simon said, laying his cards down. He didn't even know what game they were playing. "Finding your Soulmate and getting a Soulmark is the hardest part."
He'd thought so too, until he met the annoying bastard that was his Soulmate.
Alec gave him a tight smile as he shuffled the cards for the next round. "That's rough, buddy."
Letting Raphael know was the first thing Simon did after waking up with the words Raphael Santiago scrawled elegantly around his wrist. So imagine his surprise when he realized that the Clan Leader had been keeping it from him for the last—
"Five years?! What the fuck, dude?"
Yes, Alec. It was rough indeed.

Summary
"The sun's coming up," Raphael croaked, pulling at his sleeve, leaving crimson fingerprints. He coughed weakly, more blood trickling down his lips; impossibly dark. Almost black.
Simon nodded, looking around frantically. He would be fine of course, being a Daylighter and all that. But he needed to find a feasible shelter for Raphael.
"You can still save yourself, Simon," he insisted, pulling his face towards him. "Go to Magnus. Get help. Quickly. Before it's too late."
But Raphael was being delusional. It was already too late. For both of them.
They were dying anyway, and Simon would be damned if he let Raphael die alone.

Summary
Overthrowing Camille was supposed to be the last of Raphael's problems.
But it wasn't.
Because now, thanks to Camille, he had to deal with Simon instead. Simon Lewis, who was loud and annoying and endearing all at the same time, who was just as stubborn and rebellious and headstrong as he was, who refused to yield to even the simplest rules, who was too brain dead to understand the concept of self-care no matter how many times Raphael drilled it into his head.
Simon Lewis, who Raphael was madly in love with but couldn't do a damn thing about it because the Fates were cruel like that.

Summary
It comes. A door. It comes.
Whispers in his ears, vines curling against his skin--Adam shivered and wrapped his arms around his core. That was how Cabeswater used to speak to him.
But this had not been Cabeswater. This was something else. Something far less friendly. And Adam did not want to find out what.

Summary
When Ronan Lynch was younger, he didn’t think he would live this long, he believed his dreams would take him one day, probably before he was thirty. But that hadn’t happened. He lived long enough to see his best friend get married, have kids, teach at about a dozen universities, sharing his love of Welsh history and general folklore with countless students, retire happily, learn to garden, fail at it, dabble in a few “old man” hobbies, and eventually pass on, peacefully in his sleep.
