Summary
It's not like Robert is unused to headaches. You get hit around the head as often as he does, you become accustomed to a bit of pain. He's also gotten good at hiding them, so good in fact that sometimes he doesn't even realise he has a headache until he stops and thinks about it.
This headache is making itself known. As he walks through the farm, moving buckets of feed from one barn to the other, he tries to catalogue it. Tension headache? No, that would be wrapped around his head like a band. Dehydration? Usually hits him right behind the eyes. Sinus? Would be localised to, well, his sinuses. This is everywhere.
It's everywhere and it's sharp, and his head feels heavy with it, and he can't focus on it.

Summary
The traffic has died down and Aaron takes up the mantel of staring out the window again, at every passing car, wondering how this could be happening. It strikes him then, how just yesterday he'd been standing in a night club in Hotten watching on as Robert pulled, and trying to see a way to live his life without him. Now, he knows there is no life without him, and the whole world seems determined to convince him that he'll have to figure it out anyway.
Robert Sugden is dead. The words have been said to him more than once today and they hurt like a slap to the face every time, but they can't be true. They just can't be.

Sarah looks at him. Robert doesn't look like her dad, obviously, but sometimes, she'll catch him mid laugh and his eyes will crinkle the way she remembers Andy's did, so she thinks he's close enough.
"When you killed Lee," she starts, and Robert blinks at her, clearly surprised, "for what he did to Vic, did you… did you regret it?"

"And," Aaron says, smiling widely now, "we're already married."
"What?!" comes a shriek from the doorway, as Chas is wheeled in by an orderly. Her arm is in a sling, and she looks tired and pissed, and Aaron swears under his breath.
He takes in a breath like he's about to say something, when a doctor comes in behind Chas and reads off a tablet, "Alright then, Mr… Aaron Sugden? I just have a few last notes to go over with you-"
"What?!" this shriek is louder and Robert winces.
