Summary
In July 2013, high-ranking Neo-Umbrella operatives hidden in DSO retrieve a severely infected - but alive - Piers Nivans from Chinese waters.
Months later, Piers - assigned codename Fox - is a model US asset, assigned to "help" DSO Agent Leon S. Kennedy eliminate Neo-Umbrella and C-Virus. Unbeknownst to him, Fox's true mission is to feed intel on DSO operations back to Neo-Umbrella, but as he and Leon get to know each other, Neo-Umbrella's control slips and secrets begin to come to light.
Meanwhile, Chris is just miserable and sad because he thinks Piers is dead. Sorry Chris. It'll be okay.
