Tim had thought he didn't have a soulmate, he didn't seem to have a soul-mark after all. Or at least he had thought.
Soul-marks glow after your soulmate dies. They glow forever after that.
Tim's however kept glowing and not, over and over and over and over again, sometimes for hours, sometimes very shortly. Maybe if he could find his soulmate he could get them to stop dying. But will he get there? Will Bruce actually help him? Will he be cared about enough to finish his search before he is dead forever?

Summary
A woman tweets about the weird bleeding ghost she found in her apartment.
A week later Batman is in the replies, the Justice League has issued a public statement on Twitter, a mayor accidentally confesses to illegal cloning, ghosts discover Call of Duty, and the internet is trying to figure out why the dead fourteen-year-old apparently has children older than him. Somehow leading to a custody battle breaking out between Batman, the suspicious mayor, and a ghost prison warden.
No one gets answers. Everyone gets emotional damage.

Jazz sighed, but reluctantly nodded. "The last resort plan."
Danny nodded, "The last resort. So, you guys ready to hear it?"
Sam rolled her eyes, but nodded along with the others.
"Okay for this plan we need Batman, so step one is to get to Gotham."
